How an order actually moves
There is no mystery to it, and knowing the steps is the difference between a delivery date you can plan around and one you have to chase.
You order
Price on the page, per head. Add your logo, then pay at the time.
We check it
Stock, sizes and artwork. If something looks wrong we ring you rather than guess.
You approve a proof
Your logo at the size and position ordered. Nothing is made before this.
We make it
Embroidered or printed in the workshop.

Usually inside seven days, ten at the outside. DPD, two to three days.
The proof is the step that sets your delivery date, and it waits on you. Approving quickly is the fastest way to get your kit.
What we will and will not do
You see the price before you ask
Every bundle and every garment carries its per-head price, plain — add your logo to see the cost with decoration. No quote form, no waiting for a rep to ring back, and no better price held back for whoever pushes hardest — the volume breaks apply automatically at five and ten people.
Nothing is made until you approve it
You get a visual proof of your logo at the exact size and position ordered. That step exists because personalised garments cannot be returned — your logo makes them worthless to anybody else, so getting it right first matters more here than in most trades.
We tell you when we are not the answer
If embroidery will ruin your logo, we say so and offer print. If another supplier is genuinely cheaper like for like, we will tell you rather than waste your afternoon. A firm that only ever agrees with you is selling, not advising.
Paid at the time, every time
We do not offer credit or payment terms to anybody. That is not meanness — it is precisely how the prices stay where they are, instead of funding somebody else's cashflow out of your margin.

Why we price per head
Nobody buys workwear by the garment. They buy it by the person — three polos and a pair of trousers for six people, and what they actually want to know is what that costs each.
Every other supplier we have looked at prices by the unit and hides the decoration cost until the invoice, which means you cannot compare two quotes without a spreadsheet. We thought that was daft, so this site quotes the way the question gets asked: one price, per person, add your logo when you customize.
It also means we cannot inflate a price and then present a discount as a favour. The volume breaks are published, they apply automatically, and the number on the page is the number at checkout.

Great service, excellent quality. I recently ordered a few workwear hoodies and overall I'm happy with them. The material feels thick and durable, which is exactly what you want from workwear. They're comfortable enough to wear all day and warm enough for colder mornings on the job.

These guys do EXACTLY what they advertise, and offer a faultless service. I placed a large order, approx 60 items, with a fairly tight timeline for delivery. They went above and beyond.
