Overflow decoration
Embroidery and DTF run under your name when you are at capacity or a job needs a process you do not have in-house. We never contact your customer.

Trade questions
Will you contact my customer?+
No. Overflow work is white label — nothing of ours goes in the box and we never make contact. Drop-ship goes out plain.
Is there a minimum order?+
No. Three garments is a real order, which is the point when you are finishing a job rather than starting one.
Can I send my own blanks?+
Yes. We will decorate garments you supply. If we damage one we replace the decoration, but the garment risk stays yours — which is why buying blanks from us is usually the safer route.
Do you hold my digitised file?+
Yes, and it stays yours. Ask for the DST at any point and we will send it.
How fast is overflow work?+
Usually 3–5 working days once artwork is approved. Tell us the deadline and we will confirm honestly before you commit.
