1. Who you are contracting with

workwear.ltd is a trading name of WEB PRINT & SIGNS LIMITED, registered in England & Wales under company number 16585795, registered office Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester, M8 8EB. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the customer placing the order.

These terms apply to every order placed with us unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.

2. Prices and what they include

The price shown on the site is the price that applies at the moment you place the order. Bundle prices are per person and include the garments listed and the logo positions you selected.

We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to your order and none is shown on your invoice.

Postage and packing is £9.99 per order, and free on orders of £99.00 or more. It is shown separately at checkout, never hidden in the per-head price.

If an item is listed at a price that is clearly and obviously wrong, and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Payment

Unless we have agreed account terms with you in writing, payment is due in full when the order is placed.

Where account terms are agreed, payment is due by the last day of the month following the month of invoice.

Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Artwork and approval

You are responsible for the artwork you supply and for confirming you have the right to use it. We will not reproduce artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights.

We send a visual proof before anything goes into production. Nothing is decorated until you approve it. This is the stage that usually sets the delivery date, and it waits on you.

Once you have approved a proof we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions within it that were not raised before production.

If your artwork is not in a usable format we can redraw it. We will quote that cost before doing any work — it is never added to an invoice unannounced.

If you ask to change the design, artwork or specification after the order is placed, we will tell you the cost and the effect on the delivery date before we act on it.

5. Personalised goods and returns

Goods personalised with your logo or name cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned or exchanged because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Undecorated stock in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can tell you where to send it.

If anything arrives faulty, incorrectly decorated or not as ordered, tell us within a few days of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it at our cost or refund it.

6. Delivery

Most personalised orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days of artwork approval. Plain stock can often go sooner.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Where a deadline is critical, tell us before ordering and we will confirm in writing whether it is achievable.

Multi-site orders can be split and sent to each site. Full detail is in our delivery information.

7. Colours, sizing and stock

Colours shown on screen may not exactly match the finished garment. Thread and print colours are matched as closely as the available range allows, not to an exact Pantone.

Please check the size guide before ordering. Workwear is often cut generously for layering, so it does not always match high street sizing.

Where a garment becomes unavailable we will offer the closest equivalent and tell you before proceeding.

8. Orders we will not accept

We may refuse an order at our discretion, including where it involves offensive words, slogans or imagery, or artwork you do not have the right to use.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost contracts.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes, restricts or affects your statutory rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
