Postage is shown as its own line at checkout. The per-head prices across the site are the garment and logo cost — we do not fold delivery into them and then call it free.
How long it takes

Order placed
We check stock and sizes against what you ordered, usually the same working day.

Artwork proof
We send a visual of your logo at the size and position ordered. Nothing goes to production until you approve it — this stage waits on you, and it is usually what sets the delivery date.

In production
Decoration runs to a schedule. Most orders take 7–10 working days from approval.

Dispatched
Tracking is emailed. Orders split across sites get one tracking number per site.
Plain, undecorated stock can often go out next working day. If you have a genuine deadline, tell us before you order — we will confirm in writing whether it is achievable rather than agree and miss it.
Delivery questions
Where do you deliver?+
Anywhere in the UK mainland. For Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland, contact us first — it is usually fine, occasionally it costs more, and we would rather tell you up front.
Can you deliver to several sites?+
Yes, and each site gets its own boxes, labelled and sized, with its own tracking. One invoice covers the lot.
What if nobody is in?+
The courier leaves a card and tries again. For site deliveries, give us a safe place or a delivery window when you order.
Can I collect instead?+
Collection can be arranged for larger orders — ring 07737 902425 and we will tell you where and when your order will be ready. Most customers take the free DPD delivery instead.
My delivery is short or damaged+
Tell us within a few days of delivery, with a photograph. Anything faulty, incorrectly decorated or missing is put right at our cost.
Do you deliver outside the UK?+
Not as standard. Ask us and we will price it individually.
Working to a deadline?
Tell us the date before you order and we will confirm honestly whether we can hit it.
