Every order gets an email at each stage. If you would rather just ask a person, quote your order reference and we will tell you exactly where it is.
What the stages mean

Received
We have your order and are checking stock and sizes against what you asked for.

Artwork proof
We send a visual of your logo at the size and position ordered. Nothing goes to production until you approve it — this is the stage that waits on you.
- 3
In production
Garments are being decorated. Changes are no longer possible once this starts.
- 4
Quality check
Every piece is checked against the proof before packing. Anything that is not right is redone, not sent.

Dispatched
Tracking is emailed. Split-site orders get one tracking number per site.
Ask about an order
Quote your order reference from the confirmation email. If you cannot find it, the email address you ordered with is enough for us to find the order.
Delivery short or wrong?
Tell us within a few days of delivery and include a photo. Faulty or incorrectly decorated garments are replaced at our cost. Correctly supplied branded garments cannot be returned — once your logo is on it, nobody else can use it.
Delivery questions
How long does delivery take?+
Most personalised orders ship in 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Plain stock can go next day. The proof stage usually decides the date, and that waits on you.
Can I have it faster?+
Sometimes. Tell us the deadline before you order and we will say honestly whether it is achievable rather than agree and miss it.
Do you deliver to multiple sites?+
Yes, and each site gets its own boxes and tracking rather than one pallet at head office.
What if nobody is in?+
The courier leaves a card and reattempts. For site deliveries, give us a safe place or a delivery window when you order.
Can I change an order after placing it?+
Before artwork approval, almost always. Once production has started, no — the garments are already being decorated.
