Kitting out plumbers: what actually matters
Where the work happens
Under sinks, in airing cupboards, on their back on a bathroom floor. Wet, and often dirty in a way that stains rather than brushes off. Garments meet more water and more solvent than most trades.
Who you are kitting out
Domestic plumbers, heating engineers and gas-safe fitters usually buy the same kit. Heating engineers spend more time in lofts, so their knees go first.
Which garments earn their place
Dark polos, because a light one shows a day's work by ten in the morning. Trousers with a holster pocket for fittings. A hoodie or sweatshirt is worth having for cold voids and unheated properties.
Embroidery or print
Embroidery on the polos. If you carry a Gas Safe number, it is worth putting on the chest under the logo — it answers a homeowner's first question before they ask it.
Summer and winter

Typical turnaround is 7–10 working days from artwork approval, for any team size up to ten.
Can apprentices have different kit from qualified staff?
Yes — order two different tiers and note who gets what. Per-head pricing applies to each tier separately.
