A workwear account that remembers your team
Buy more than once a year and an account is worth having. Your spec, sizes and artwork stay on file, pricing improves with volume, and reorders stop being a project.
What an account gives you
Nothing hidden behind a login that should not be. These are the practical differences.
Account pricing
Volume pricing applied automatically across the year rather than per order, so a run of small reorders is priced like the annual quantity it really is.
Spec held on file
Garment, colour, logo file and placement recorded once. A new starter is one line, not a fresh quote.
Sizes on record
We keep who wears what. Reorders arrive right without anyone walking the floor with a tape measure again.
A named contact
One person who knows your account, not a general inbox and a ticket number.
Consolidated invoicing
Multiple sites and orders on one monthly invoice, split by site or cost centre if you need it that way.
Split delivery
Send each site its own boxes instead of everything landing at head office for someone to redistribute.
How it works
- 1
Apply
Two minutes. We need who you are, roughly how many people you kit out, and how often.
- 2
We set the spec
We agree garments, colours and logo placement, and digitise or prepare your artwork once.
- 3
First order
Priced against your agreed account rates. Artwork proofed before anything goes to production.
- 4
Reorder in one line
Quote the account and the item. Same garment, same colour, same logo, every time.
Apply for an account
There is no credit check to start and no obligation to order. Terms are agreed once we know the volume — tell us honestly what you expect to buy and we will price it properly rather than optimistically.
- ✅ No minimum spend to open an account
- ✅ No fee, no tie-in, cancel by telling us
- ✅ 30-day terms available once volume is established
- ✅ Works alongside the site — order online or by email

Planning a workwear budget
How long each garment lasts in daily use
Working life in normal daily wear — use it to plan replacement, not to justify buying more.
| Garment | Typical life | What ends it |
|---|---|---|
| Polos & tees | 9 months | Daily wear, frequent washing |
| Sweatshirts & hoodies | 18 months | Seasonal use |
| Fleeces & softshells | 24 months | Outer layer, less washing |
| Work trousers | 12 months | Knees and pockets go first |
| Hi-vis | 6 months | Governed by wash count, not calendar |
Budgeting rule of thumb
Kit new starters fully, then budget roughly a third of that figure each following year for replacement. Tops wear out; outerwear and trousers do not, which is why spending more on those two and less on polos usually costs less over three years.
- • Three of anything worn daily — one on, one washing, one spare
- • Hold a small buffer in the popular sizes, not a year of stock
- • Replace on a schedule, before anyone has to complain
- • Hi-vis is governed by its wash count, not the calendar
About these figures: every number on this page is calculated from our own live catalogue — real supplier costs, real decoration rates and the volume breaks published on the site. They are not market estimates or projections. Prices shown are indicative for a reference kit; your own quote will reflect the garments and logo positions you actually choose.
Not sure an account is worth it?
If you buy once a year, it probably is not. Tell us what you actually order and we will say so honestly.
