Ordering
Is there a minimum order?+
No. We will decorate a single garment. Prices improve with quantity — noticeably at 5 and 10 — but there is no floor to get started.
How does per-head pricing work?+
Instead of pricing garments individually, we price a kit per person. Pick the bundle, set the team size, and the page shows what one person costs and what the whole team costs, logo included.
Can I mix sizes?+
Yes, at no extra cost. A run of twenty polos can be any mix of XS to 4XL.
Can I change the garments in a bundle?+
Yes. Every bundle lets you swap the brand on each item, and Build Your Own lets you compose a kit from scratch.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Accounts are worth it if you reorder through the year, but anyone can order without one.
Pricing
Are your prices really what I pay?+
Yes. The figure on the page includes the garment and the logo positions you selected. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added on top.
Why is the same garment a different price by brand?+
Because it is a different garment. Each brand has its own fabric weight, cut and trade cost, and we show that difference rather than averaging it.
When do volume discounts apply?+
Automatically: 7% off from 5 people, 12% from 10. You never have to ask.
Is embroidery or DTF cheaper?+
DTF, by 25%. Small logos are £4.88 on DTF against £6.50 embroidered; backs are £7.50 against £10.
Do you charge setup or artwork fees?+
No setup fee on DTF. Embroidery needs your logo digitised once — a modest one-off cost, and the file is yours to keep.
Artwork & decoration
What file do you need?+
Vector is ideal (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). A large PNG or JPG usually works. A small logo lifted from a website normally has to be redrawn, which we can do.
Will you check my logo before I order?+
Yes, free. We will tell you honestly whether it reproduces well at chest size before you spend anything.
Which should I choose, embroidery or DTF?+
Embroidery for anything customer-facing and washed constantly — polos, fleeces, jackets. DTF for large, full-colour or photographic designs, and for waterproof shells where stitching would perforate the membrane.
Can you put a logo on hi-vis?+
Yes, placed so the garment keeps its EN ISO 20471 certification — nothing over the reflective tape, and the certified background area preserved.
Can I have different logo positions on different items?+
Yes. Each item in a kit has its own placement options, and the price updates as you choose.
Sizing & fit
Do workwear sizes match high street sizes?+
Not always. Workwear is often cut generously for layering, so check the to-fit chest measurement rather than the letter.
What is a size set?+
One garment in each size, passed round the team so people pick their own. For orders above about fifteen people it saves far more than it costs.
Do you offer women's fits?+
Yes on most ranges, at the same price. It is one of the main reasons uniform actually gets worn.
What if a size is wrong?+
Unbranded stock can usually be exchanged. Once a garment carries your logo it cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned unless faulty.
Delivery & returns
How long does it take?+
Most personalised orders ship in 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Plain stock can go next day.
Do you deliver UK-wide?+
Yes, and multi-site orders can be split so each site gets its own boxes.
What is your returns policy?+
Faulty or incorrectly decorated garments are replaced at our cost. Correctly supplied branded garments cannot be returned, because nobody else can use them.
Can I get it faster?+
Sometimes. Tell us the deadline before ordering and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.
