- The garment is effectively the uniform rather than a layer under one

- It is going under a hi-vis vest and a jacket where nobody sees it
- The work will destroy it inside a season regardless of quality
Fit and sizing
Cut closer than a standard trade polo and generally holds its shape longer. Worth a size set if the team has not worn this style before.
Embroidery or print
Embroidery. Spending on a better garment and then printing it is a false economy.
Washing and working life
Wash at 40, hang rather than tumble. The collar construction is the difference you paid for, and heat is what destroys it.
