Fit and sizing
Cut for movement and layering. Sizing is more variable across tunic styles than most garments, so a size set is worth it before a team order.
Embroidery or print
Embroidery, kept small on the chest. First names can be embroidered per garment, which is common in care — decide before ordering, because a named garment cannot be passed to the next starter.
Washing and working life
Daily hot wash is normal in this sector, which is why four or five per person is realistic rather than generous. Expect a shorter life than the same garment in another trade.
