- Outdoor work continues in the wet — groundworks, highways, agriculture
- You need one properly weatherproof layer per person rather than three half-measures

- Staff move between van and building all day; a softshell is more comfortable and looks better
- Appearance is the priority — waterproofs are functional first
Fit and sizing
Generous, cut to layer over a fleece or bodywarmer. Size up over bulky layers.
Embroidery or print
Print or embroidery depending on the fabric. Tell us if the garment is coated or taped when you order, so decoration does not compromise the seams.
Washing and working life
Wash rarely and cool, never with fabric softener — it destroys the water repellency, which is the whole reason you bought it.
