Fit and sizing
Order the waist someone actually wears rather than the one they claim. Leg lengths vary between brands more than waists do, so a size set is worth it across a team.
Embroidery or print
Usually none. Where a logo is wanted it goes on the thigh pocket, though most firms skip it — nobody reads a logo at knee height.
Washing and working life
Wash at 40. Knee pad pockets should be emptied first, which sounds obvious and is the most common reason a pair comes back misshapen.
