What kitting out a team actually costs
A working answer before the detail: budget £30 to £70 per person for a usable branded kit, logo included. Under £30 you are buying one or two garments. Over £100 you are buying outerwear, and that is a different conversation.

What actually drives the price
Quantity, by a mile
The single biggest lever. Discounts land automatically at five and ten people — you never have to ask, and there is no better price being held back for whoever pushes hardest.
Number of garments per person
Three polos and a pair of trousers is a different budget to a full kit with a softshell. Decide how many changes a week someone actually needs before you compare suppliers.
How many logo positions
A chest logo is £4.50 printed or £6.50 embroidered. A back logo is £7.50 or £10.00. Two positions on six garments adds up faster than people expect.
Garment weight and brand
A 220gsm polo and a 180gsm polo are not the same purchase. The cheaper one is fine for a summer; it will not see out two winters of washing.
Three real scenarios
A two-man electrical firm
Two polos and a pair of cargo trousers each, chest logo on the polos. Around £70 a head at that quantity, so roughly £140 for the pair. No volume discount at two people — that is simply the price.
A six-person scaffolding crew
Hi-vis polos, vests and work trousers. Six people crosses the first volume break, so every head comes down by seven per cent automatically. Print rather than embroidery on the hi-vis, which saves again.
A twelve-person care home
Tunics with a chest logo, three each because they are washed daily. Twelve people takes the full twelve per cent break. The trap here is sizing rather than price — get that wrong across twelve people and the saving disappears.

Where budgets quietly get wasted
- Buying one of everything per person. Someone in a polo five days a week needs three, not one. Buying one and reordering in six weeks costs more than buying three today, because you pay the postage twice and miss the volume break.
- Ordering before anyone has been sized. Personalised garments cannot be returned — your logo makes them worthless to anyone else. A size set costs a fraction of a wrong order across a team.
- Paying setup and artwork fees. Plenty of suppliers charge per logo position, per colour, or a digitising fee on the first order. We do not, and it is worth checking what is in a quote before comparing it to ours.
- Splitting an order to spread the cost. Two orders of five instead of one of ten means missing the ten-person break and paying postage twice.
Questions about cost
Is there a minimum order?+
No. One person is a valid team. The smallest thing worth buying is the £29.99 sample pack — a polo and a t-shirt with your real logo — which most people use to check quality before ordering for everyone.
Do you charge setup or artwork fees?+
No setup fee and no charge per logo position beyond the per-garment price shown. If your artwork is not usable as supplied we will quote a redraw before doing anything — it is never added afterwards.
When do discounts apply?+
Automatically at five people and again at ten. You do not have to ask, and the price on the page already reflects the headcount you have entered.
Is VAT added at checkout?+
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What does delivery cost?+
£9.99 postage and packing, free over £99. Most orders go with DPD on a two to three day service once they leave us.
How long does an order take?+
Typically ten days, and most orders post inside seven. The clock starts when you approve the artwork proof, not when you pay — so approving quickly is the fastest way to get your kit.
Can I spread payment across the year?+
We do not offer credit or payment terms. Every order is paid for when it is placed, which is a large part of how the prices stay where they are.
